The system Super

Automatic
External Forwarding
All the Super
DKX systems can forward calls both CO line as ISDN.
Automatic Simultaneous
External Call Forwarding: an external call is forwarded to two different
destinies at the same time.
Automatic Temporized
External Call Forwarding: an external call is forwarded to a first destiny,
and after a programmed time without answering a second call will be made
to another preprogrammed destiny.
So
Bus Interface
Every terminal
ISDN can be connected to Super DKX,
allowing to use all the suplementary services as: fax connection group
4, Pc, video-telephone, etc..
Up to 4 ISDN
terminals can be connected to an internal So Bus and is possible to install
up to 26 So Buses (104 ISDN terminals).
Remote
programming service
All Super
DKX Systems have Remote maintenance, Diagnosis and Data setting
services. This allows service personnel, such as telephone repairmen, to
set or alter features for the user whitout having to actually come to the
location where the system is installed.
Wellcome
Message (Automatic Attendant)
The system hangs
automatically, sends wellcome messages and puts in stand by the incoming
call. When the operator is free, the call can be answered. Up to 4 different
wellcome messages are possible to choose in the system (simultaneously
two).
Multifunction

In one key up
to 16 functions can be programmed; in this way the user actives a complete
service (which represents a sucession of functions), pressing only one
key previously programmed.
Security
aplications
The integrated
sensors allow to activate prerecorded security functions like alarms, outgoing
calls to the security service, lights on, video recording, etc...Remote
control of 4 facilities.

of emergency (smoke, fire, antirrobery, etc..) is activated, the system
can dial an emergency call to three different internal destinies at the
same time.
DDI
(Direct Dialing In)
In ISDN, thanks
to a dedicated number is possible to access to an station with no need
to pass through the operator, getting more free time-working for the operator.
Computer
and Telephone Integration (CTI)
Is the step
into a new era of telecommunications where your telephone and your PC no
longer sit side by side but work together for enhanced performance, increased
efficiency, better customer service and faster action. Surfing on the internet,
downloading and sending e-mail, messages, electronic banking, communicating
between your home office and the LAN Network in your company,... your telephone
will not be occupied and you can still be reached by telephone.

The incoming
calls can be transferred from a system to another, working on a virtual
net, offering an optimum managing of telephonic traffic and an excellent
